The Jabiru Safari Lodge is a comfortable nature experience and
has been designed to ensure you can experience the wildlife to its best
advantage. Your Lodge Host and Reserve Guide will make you welcome and
be happy to assist to make your stay memorable and rewarding.
The unique, safari-style tent-cabins blend into the open savannah
woodland providing comfortable overnight accommodation. Delightfully
furnished with high quality private en-suite facilities, insect
screens, a fridge and a fan, it utilises natural materials which
compliment the warm tones of the safari furniture. To cool off or relax
after your day’s activities, a heated spa tub is located near the
deluxe safari cabins in a rustic bush setting.
All-inclusive Tariff
The all-inclusive tariff covers all accommodation, meals and
activities during your stay. Twin share accommodation, all meals,
(including lunches on multiple-night stays) one wildlife safari per
night of accommodation and all activities including canoeing,
self-guided walking, eco cruise and membership of the Wildlife
Conservancy of Tropical Queensland are included. To get the most out of
the wildlife experience, a minimum 2 night stay is recommended. The
only extras are beverages, Cairns Transfers or private guiding.
Bed & Breakfast Only Tariff
If time is limited there is always the option of just staying at
the lodge overnight on a bed and breakfast basis. Twin share
accommodation, breakfast, self-guided walking and membership of the
Wildlife Conservancy of Tropical Queensland are included. Optional
extras if time permits include our range of wildlife safaris, private
guiding, Eco cruise, canoeing, Cairns Transfers and beverages.
Accommodation
Deluxe African-Style Safari Cabin
The Deluxe Safari cabin is well-appointed with comfortable beds -
Queen or Double and a single with all linen. There is 240v power, a
fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a toaster, but there are
no telephones or televisions in any of the tented safari cabins.
Continental breakfast provisions provided in your cabin include, orange
juice, cereal, local plunger coffee, and tea selection, fruit and bread
with butter and a variety of condiments.
Eco Safari Cabin
The Eco Safari cabins are spacious and light with three
comfortable single beds. There is 12V solar power and a gas fridge.
There are no telephones or televisions in any of the Eco cabins.
Continental breakfast provisions provided in your cabin include orange
juice, cereal, local coffee and tea, fruit and bread with butter and a
variety of condiments. All cabins have a private timber verandah with a
BBQ stove with kettle,and gas toaster and tables and chairs. A limited
mini-bar is available.

To ensure you can relax at the end of an active day, a heated spa tub provides a great secluded retreat. A limited mini-bar facility is available in each cabin. In addition to the various self-guided walking options available for guests, the lodge facilities include:
