The
One & Two Bedroom holiday apartments are large and designed for the
tropics. They feature a spacious lounge and dining area opening onto a
private balcony, separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and full
air conditioning and ceiling fans.
One Bedroom Apartments can sleep up to 3 people with the third person using the sofa bed.
Two Bedroom Apartments can sleep up to 5 people with the fifth person using a rollaway bed.
All apartments are serviced daily. There are no laundry facilities within the one bedroom apartments however there is the use of coin operated clothes washers and clothes dryers on site. There is a clothes washer, clothes dryer, and laundry tub in the two bedroom apartments.
The property features a large saltwater pool set in lush tropical gardens. There
is a Gazebo which houses a BBQ, cold drink machine and Internet Kiosk.
There are also tables and chairs for enjoying your BBQ or for working.
All
car parking is undercover and is protected by security gates operated
by your guest key. There is a Security intercom to the apartments from
the front door. To protect your privacy and to provide security the
front door is locked after hours.
For
the business person City Terraces provide Internet and VPN facilities
via either in room dial up or broadband. They have printers available
for hire, and also offer a fax receiving and sending service. The two
bedroom apartments are very large and lend themselves to the holding of
small group meetings.
From
City Terraces it is just a short stroll to the town centre and is one
block from the Cairns Railway Station and Cairns Central Shopping
Centre. Cairns Central caters for all your holiday shopping with a host
of first class shops (in excess of 180), as well as an international
food court, licensed restaurant, coffee shops and six cinemas in which
you can experience the latest in movie entertainment.
